Bathurst Heights Secondary School was a public high school located in the North York district of Toronto, and serving the area of Lawrence Avenue West and Allen Road (a.k.a. Lawrence Heights). Bathurst Heights closed its doors on June 23rd 2001. However, starting from September 2011, a new school called John Polanyi Collegiate Insititute will be opening which will be a semestered school offering a "full range of university, college and apprenticeship programs." Students from the former Sir Sandford Fleming Academy will be transferred to this site as Fleming becomes a Toronto Catholic District School Board's Dante Alighieri Academy Beatrice Campus.

From 2002-2004, Bathurst Heights was the temporary home of Brebeuf College School.
